The first day of spring in the Midwest is suuuuch a joke. Every year I kid myself into thinking March means warmer weather but it never does. Today was freezing cold (+ windy – see last photo) and if we didn’t just book a beach vacation that is in 29 days from now I would have been more pissed about it. Whatever at least leather pants can still be in the rotation. I have a habit of constantly grabbing jeans when getting dressed in the morning (see the name of this blog) and while I love them, I desperately need to mix it up sometimes. Leather leggings or pants are a good way to do that without sacrificing the comfort and versatility of denim. And these Zara pants are proof that you don’t need to spend very much for a great pair.
